Privacy Policy — Arrow Puzzle

Fyra Games is an independent game developer. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile game Arrow Puzzle available on the Google Play Store (com.fyragames.arrowpuzzle).

Please read it together with the privacy policies of the third-party services listed below, which process data according to their own terms.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

The game does collect the following automatically when you open and play it:

Device information

• A unique device identifier generated for your installation
• Device manufacturer and model
• Operating system version and build identifier
• Application package name

Approximate location

• City, region, and country, derived from your IP address
• Time zone

We do not use GPS and we do not collect your precise location.

Gameplay and app activity

• Level progress and level numbers reached
• Rewards earned and interactions with rewarded content
• Session and in-game interaction events

Notifications

• A push notification token, used to deliver reminders and game updates

Advertising

• Your device’s Advertising ID, used by our ad provider to serve ads

Stored only on your device

Your level progress, stars, coins, sound and haptics preferences, and theme choice are saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the game.

How Information Is Collected

Information is collected in two ways:

1. By us, directly. The game sends the device information, approximate location, gameplay activity, and notification token described above to servers operated by Fyra Games. This allows us to recognise returning players, deliver notifications at appropriate times, and understand how the game is played.

2. By third-party services integrated into the game, described below.

Third-Party Services

These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.

How We Use Information

• To operate the game and save your progress
• To recognise returning players across sessions
• To analyse gameplay behaviour and improve game design and difficulty
• To display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements
• To send notifications and reminders, where you have allowed them
• To diagnose technical problems and improve stability
• To adjust game features and configuration remotely

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information is shared with the third-party service providers listed above only so they can perform the functions described. Your IP address is processed by ipinfo.io to determine approximate location, and your Advertising ID is shared with Google AdMob to serve advertisements.

We may disclose information where required to do so by law.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the game. AdMob may use your device’s Advertising ID to serve personalised or non-personalised advertisements depending on your device settings and applicable consent.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain the information described above only for as long as necessary to provide and improve the game. Data processed by third-party services such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob is retained according to their respective policies.

Children’s Privacy

Arrow Puzzle is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action to remove it.

Your Choices

• Advertising: manage ad personalisation through your device settings
• Notifications: disable notifications for the game in your device settings at any time
• All collection: uninstalling the game stops all further data collection

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of the data associated with your device at any time.

Email fyragameslive@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request — Arrow Puzzle”. We will process your request and confirm once the data has been removed.

Uninstalling the game removes all data stored locally on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
